The FUXBAU DISTILLED GIN is our first product.

The 12 botanicals used in our gin are intended to combine regionality and cosmopolitanism.

To create this bond, juniper berries, rowan berries, East Styrian spruce shoots (also known as Maiwipferl) and pine cones from Western Styria are combined with spices from all over the world.

Not only the Alpine ingredients, but also the extraordinary production, make Fuxbau Distilled Gin something very special. It is cuveeted from separately distilled macerations.

This has the advantage that the different needs of the botanicals can be addressed during the gentle distillation using the pot still process, thus preserving the best possible taste and diversity of the individual botanicals.

The Fuxbau Distilled Gin is reduced to drinking strength with East Styrian spring water from our own well.

Before the Fuxbau Distilled Gin is put into the bottle, it deserves some rest according to the motto, good things take time!
