Flamboyance takes its name from the «Mauritian Christmas tree», the Flamboyant.
This single cask rum matures for 12 to 18 months in a wild cherry cask.
Quite a rare and original finish; in fact, the wild cherry has very interesting aromatic characteristics: It brings notes of red fruits and a floral finish.

Colour: Gold with copper reflections.
Nose: Spicy-sweet, oak, red fruits.
Taste: Oriental spices, sweet oranges, notes of wood aromas, candied sour cherries.
Finish: Long lasting, floral.
