This luscious fruit-flavoured gin is infused with blood orange, summer fruits and aromatic gentian root to create a distinct herbal bitterness.

Ingredients for the perfect Cornish Sunshine Spritz:
— 50 ml Tarquin’s THE CORNISH SUNSHINE BLOOD ORANGE GIN
— 100 ml sparkling wine e.g. sparkling wine or champagne
— 50 ml elderflower juice

Fill a wine glass with plenty of ice, add Tarquin’s THE CORNISH SUNSHINE BLOOD ORANGE GIN and sparkling wine/champagne, stir.
Pour the elderflower juice on top and serve with a slice of lemon or orange.
