The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' is specialized in single cask bottlings.
The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea to provide each bottling with the signature of a famous personality.
But this plan was not realized. The first bottling was already sold before a suitable signatory could be found for the bottle.

This whisky matures for 11 years in first-fill sherry butts and also receives its finish there. This whiskey is bottled in its natural colouring, not chill-filtered and at cask strength.

Nose: Fruity, notes of dates, figs, dark chocolate, espresso, roasted nuts.
Taste: Spicy, fruity, notes of oak, smoke.
