DESCRIPTION
An excellent value 5-year-old rum, from Panama matured in oak barrels. It has a slightly dry taste and a slightly biting taste.
The Malecon Reserva 5 years rum continues to be produced from a recipe established by Sr. Malecon, the Master Distiller, when he came over from Cuba.
A molasses based rum, this spirit has been aged for 5 years, to give it a little more maturity and a rounded character.
Tasting notes
Color: Amber.
Taste: Full, round, slightly dry.
Finish: Long lasting.
The rum is a very good base for a cocktail or long drink.
