Rhum J.M distillery is one of the few distilleries that distill Rhum Agricole.
The distillery is located in the evergreen Macouba on Martinique.
The plant follows the strict regulations of the «Appelation D’Origine Contrôlée».
Particular emphasis is placed on the very freshly pressed juice of the sugar cane grown in-house at the foot of the Montagne Pelée volcano.

The Rhum J.M Vieux Agricole Millésimé matures for 15 years.

The rums are neither colored, sweetened nor chill-filtered.

Nose: Intense, fruity, notes of plums, dried figs, almonds.
Taste: Rich, fresh, notes of candied fruit, chocolate.
