Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin is said to reflect the way gin was sold in the 18th century.
In the past, gin was not bottled but sold directly from the barrel.
After distillation, this gin matures for three weeks in Scotch whisky casks.

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Complex, rounded, slightly peppery.
Taste: Mild, creamy, spicy, juniper, coriander, pepper.
Finish: Long lasting, citrus aromas.
