Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin uses only fresh botanicals that can be found around the distillery.
Some botanicals included are: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice, Elderflower, Yarrow, Wild Raspberries, Blackberry Leaves, Roses and Woodruff.
Only small batches of less than 250 litres per batch are bottled.
