Eden Mill is the first Scottish company to combine a brewery and distillery in one place. 

Working with a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis eventually led to a crossover idea: why not just create a gin with hops? The plan took off and Eden Mill's Hop Gin was born. 

The aroma of the Hop Gin turns out surprisingly spicy and full with a complex mix of malty notes and bright gin tones.
