Dictador Rima is a sequent edition of a limited series of a collection of vintages aged under the supervision of Hernan Parra. Dictador’s Master Blender continues his masterpiece in splenderous creation of rums aged in American Oak with Port and Sherry casks finish. Rima in Spanish means ‘Rime’ and just like in a poeme one can find perfect symbiosis of words, in the bottles of Dictador Rima, you will find a perfect synergy of flavours and a unique tasting experience.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: New leather, barley water, some sweet coffee notes mixed with light cigar tobacco, and some fruity notes of fresh bananas and peaches.

Palate: Very big and fruity, with a great note of tropical fruit and some rich, oily textures adding depth and complexity. There is a slight dryness to the end which shows off some ground coffee beans.

Finish: Dusty oak notes, sweet liquorice and some cardamom notes.

The Rima 1 American Oak Cask Vintage 2003 bottling is aged for 19 years in American oak barrels, giving it its deeply complex character with fruit flavors that play around.
