Flora and Fauna, a moniker of the late whisky writer Michael Jackson, was a themed series of single malt whisky bottlings released by distilleries only.
Each distillery was given a particular creature as a symbol, elegantly depicted on the beautiful label of each bottle.
Over time, as distilleries commercialized, closed or sold, the Flora and Fauna range dwindled, leaving these select remaining bottles as collector's items.

The Benrinnes 15 Years Old is a rich, sweet and smooth single malt whisky that allows the fresh, green-esterly Speyside characteristics to soak into its dark flavours.
This beautifully textured single malt is rich and luscious with spicy umami characteristics. 

Colour: Bright mahogany.
Nose: Rich, floral, slightly smoky, chocolate, notes of sherry aromas, leather, oil.
Taste: Full-bodied, smooth, sweet, rum-like.
Finish: Long lasting, dry, peat smoke, sherry.

Benrinnes is best served in a traditional whisky glass, neat or with a little water.
