S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection.
As the name suggests, only one cask is filled for each product in this line of 1423.
Each cask is selected for the respective bottling under special criteria and offered with a limited number of bottles.
The entire S.B.S range includes only classic rums, no blends, in order to express the versatility of rums and their unique quality and exquisite taste.

The S.B.S Fiji is made in the South Pacific Distillery on Fiji, based on molasses.
After 11 years of aging in the pot still, this rum is stored in the tropical home.
As usual with the S.B.S range, no chill filtration was used.

Colour: light gold.
Nose: Peppery spice, fermented and exotic fruits, light notes of almonds and varnish.
Taste: Pepper, citrus fruits, intense and complex.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.
