Tschermonegg Weissburgunder Südsteiermark DAC 2021 12,5% Vol. 0,75l

The Tschermonegg winery is a family business, for more than 120 years wine has already been pressed on the southern Styrian wine route. The family owns 30 hectares of vineyards, which differ in the sites. Oberglanzberg, Lubenkogel and Pößnitzberg are among them.

The harvest of the fully ripe grapes is done 100% by hand. 

Tasting notes:

Bright clear straw yellow in the glass. In the nose complex, fruity of raspberries, apricots as well as ripe pears. On the palate dry, balanced, stone fruit aromas, notes of honey. Long elegant finish.

Grape variety: Pinot Blanc.
Maturation: steel tank.
Soil: Opok.
Acidity: 5,6 g/l.
Residual sugar: 3,9 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Cellaring potential: 2-3 years.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

The white wine is an excellent companion to char terrine as well as chicken breast.
