In the 1980s, Alain Thiénot realized his lifelong dream and acquired vineyards in the Champagne region. This was the beginning of the creation of his own champagne house. Over time, Champagne Thiénot made a name for itself and is now one of the best-known champagne brands in all of France.
Before founding this brand, Alain Thiénot worked as a wine merchant in the Champagne region for almost 20 years, acquiring his knowledge of the soils as well as vineyards.

Today, the champagne house founded by Alain Thiénot is already managed by his children in the second generation.

This sparkling wine is made from grapes of 2012, which are harvested by hand when fully ripe.

TASTING

The nose is open, marked by ripe yellow fruits, baked lemon, bergamot and cardamom. Attractive straw-coloured hue with golden reflections. The mouth is full-flavoured and balanced with an exquisite mousse. Remarkable length on the finish

Grape varieties: 65% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier.
Aging: 8 years in bottles.
Closure: Natural cork.
Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.

Harmonizes very well with shellfish, mussels, cheese as well as sweet desserts.
