Tasting notes:

A classic, structured, full-bodied and above all fruity champagne.

Golden yellow in the glass. Fruit dominates the nose, pears and apples follow. Notes of citrus, star fruit, fresh grapes and anise come out. The palate shows juicy, fleshy pears with grapes. Also a fruity finish with harmonious balance.

Grape varieties: 50-55% Pinot Meunier,30-35% Meunier, 15-20% Chardonnay,10-20% reserve wines.
Residual sugar: 10 g/l.
Serving temperature: 5-7 °C.

Elegant, fresh, orange blossom aromas, mint aromas, citrus aromas, pear aromas, arômes de fruits blancs, aniseed aromas.
