The Blauer Zweigelt grapes were matured 72 months in small oak barrels.
Delicate notes of red berries and plum.
Very light in alcohol with soft tannins.
Grape variety: Blue Zweigelt.
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in barrique barrels.
Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l.
Acidity: 4,7 g/l.
Soil: Clayey marl soils.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
