St. Kilian AMBASSADOR'S CHOICE Single Malt Whisky No. 6

The sixth edition of Ambassdor's Choice bottling was created in collaboration with Udo Sonntag and matured in former Amarone - wine casks.

The unpeated and filled with 54.2% vol. single malt whiskey convinces with dense fruit notes of red berry compote, ripe peaches and creamy vanilla, which form a perfect balance with a subtle warming oak spice and a filigree tannin framework.

Full aging in ex Amarone barrels
Double distilled in our genuine Scottish pot stills
Made from 100% pure barley malt: Pilsener malt and darker Munich malt.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR
Reddish amber

AROMA
Beguiling fragrance of ripe strawberries, raspberries and juicy red peaches, garnished on sweet vanilla cream and refined with fresh mint leaves and subtle notes of cocoa.

TASTE
Dense fruit notes of red berry compote, ripe peaches and creamy vanilla in perfect balance with a subtle warming oak spice are rounded off by a delicate tannin framework and a pinch of cocoa.

FINISH
Creamy berry jam lingers impressively long with subtle dry tannins, fine oak spice, dark cocoa and a hint of bitter almonds.
