La Maison du Rhum Salvador Maja batch #3 2011 comes to us from a small Central American country bordered by the Pacific. It is a molasses rum resulting from a complex blending process developed by Don Pancho Fernandez , the famous Cuban ronero maestro. The distillery has 4 columns, from which rums between 78 and 98% alcohol flow. They are reduced between 55 and 75% before being put into barrels.

This edition was distilled in 2011 and put in new American oak barrels for more than 8 years. Finally, it benefited from a 3-month finish in fino barrels , a variety of dry sherry.

Bottling took place in 2020, for 2743 bottles in total.
