This exquisite single malt Irish whiskey is inspired by the iconic Galley Head lighthouse which stands guard over our warehouse at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

It is matured in ex-bourbon and other hand selected casks such as rhum Agricole.

The result is a striking flavour profile with a tropical twist of vanilla, honey and gentle spices.

NOSE

Fresh burst of orchard fruits and wood spice reminiscent of baked apple crumble with a tropical twist.

TASTE

Sweet delicate honey and vanilla notes give way to burnt caramel and hint of clove spice.

FINISH

Gentle lingering of spice and citrus peel.
