The Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin is an irresistible combination of premium gin and high-quality coffee, bridging the gap between two worlds of pleasure. The fascinating thing about gin is that there is so much scope for creativity. This is exactly one of the reasons why we keep reinventing ourselves and daring to experiment. Not only is the basic alcohol from regionally grown potatoes in the Vulkaneifel the basis of all our spirits, but we also like to try new things and let our imagination run wild.


The elegantly presented Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin combines apparent opposites and leaves a lasting impression. The fusion of the Windspiel gin from regional potato cultivation and high-quality botanicals with the coffee distillate of the low-acid Arabica roast surprises with an exciting, stimulating taste experience, spicy, caramel, with an intense coffee note.
The high-quality coffee distillate is obtained from a low-acid Arabica roast by the Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The fine coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give the Windspiel Coffee Gin its unmistakable aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of roasted aromas and nuts go hand in hand with a spicy aftertaste. The intense, soft coffee note goes surprisingly well with the juniper berries in the taste.

The special thing about Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin is not only the marriage of German premium gin and exquisite Arabica coffee beans from South America. So we entered into the collaboration with the Daun coffee roastery because, like us, they swear by sustainability and environmental awareness. With its Talhão® philosophy, it acts in a sustainable, transparent and socially responsible manner. High quality also plays an important role - just like with the gin from Windspiel. The novelty with an authentic coffee taste can be used to mix cocktails if desired, but it also cuts a fine figure on its own. The caramel-like, gentle character of the light roast "Caxambu Mild" harmonises wonderfully with the typical gin aromas.
