La Hechicera SOLERA 21 Reserva Familiar 40% Vol. 0,7l

The Riascos family founded the "La Hechicera" distillery, the sorceress in Spanish, in Barranquilla one of the largest cities in Colombia and among the busiest ports in the Caribbean, and today after four generations it continues to assemble excellent rum. 

The processing is traditional and based on the complex Solera method, which requires a remarkable knowledge of the art of rum aging, expertly kept in this distillery in the tropical paradise of the Caribbean Sea.

Hechicera is a blend of rum aged between 12 and 21 years with the Solera method in American white oak barrels, in which we find the extraordinary aromas of the Caribbean and the woody and smoked notes that enchant the palate renewing the magic sip by sip.

The color is amber, the notes stand out the typical notes of long aging between hints of spices and leather that mix with notes of candied citrus peel. 

On the palate it is soft, warm with woody hints and spicy notes and a clean finish.
