James Eadie sources and distributes the finest Scotch whisky and specialize in Cask Finish, Single Cask & Small Batch releases: bottled at natural color, un-chillfiltered, in very limited quantities.

Jura 11 Year Old vintage Island single malt Scotch whisky from the Autumn 2022 release of James Eadie independent bottling.

This small batch Jura is a marriage of whiskies distilled in 2011, drawn from three casks - a combination of first-fill and refill Bourbon barrels in which the spirit had aged for 11 years. 

These three barrels yielded 944 bottles at 46%.

As with all of James Eadie Small Batch range, the label on this bottling is inspired by one of the 200+ pubs once owned by James Eadie.

Featuring the 'The Two Gates' label illustrated by Cristina Buonanno inspired by traditional buildings in their local area of the distillery.

Matured in refill first fill bourbon and refill barrels, casks #451, 883 & 884.

Tasting notes:

Nose : Baked croissants, custard, lemon curd, cinnamon, vanilla and butter.

Taste : Fresh, zesty tangerines, lemon juice and greengages, alongside richer notes of candied ginger, brioche and butter.

Finish : Rich caramel, cinnamon and lemon zest.
