Glenglassaugh REVIVAL Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

The Revival is the first bottling of the Glenglassauch Distillery, after the reopening; hence the name.
The maturation takes place in a combination of ex-red wine and new Bourbon barrels.
Afterwards these Vatted Malts get an additional common maturation in sherry barrels.
The bottling takes place without colorants and without cold filtration.

Colour: copper.
Nose: sweet caramel, toffee, notes of nutty sherry, milk chocolate, honey, ripe plums, red berries, oranges, hints of caramelized sugar, charred oak.
Taste: Creamy, sweet, orange, plum, cherry, walnut, chocolate, mead, spicy oak.
Finish: Long lasting, wine aromas, sherry, caramel.
