Personality. There are few realities that know how to elaborate it in wines, who know how to find the right balance between what the land can express and their corporate objective and who know how to bottle, year after year, products united by such a great inspiration. Frescobaldi seems to succeed perfectly and effortlessly, constantly giving us clean wines, rich in character and with well-defined personalities. We are located in the Nipozzano estate, an ancient stronghold east of Florence, built to defend it since the year one thousand, in the prestigious Chianti Rùfina area, rich in limestone and marl which, together with the night-time temperature ranges and the altitude, makes unique grapes. The result is an extremely drinkable and at the same time elegant, almost feminine wine, with ethereal and persuasive aromas and flavours.

Gorgeous ruby red, it smells of violets and morello cherries, blueberry jam, cinnamon and licorice. Warm and well structured on the palate, it denotes a decisive and velvety tannic texture, with a long persistence with spicy and vaguely mineral tones.

It lends itself to pairings with grilled meat but is also excellent with the great classics of Tuscan cuisine: legume soups, Tuscan tripe and leg of lamb with mint.
