Tasting: The Brut Classic from the Deutz house offers a fairly deep gold color with bubbles of great finesse
On the nose, its bouquet is very expressive , it first reveals floral notes then aromas of toast, almond paste and ripe fruit
The aromas are well blended and the texture silky
The wine rounds out at the end of the palate with a very persistent fruity note
Opinion: The taste of Brut Classic Deutz combines the freshness of Chardonnay, the smoothness of Pinot and an elegant vinosity.
