This overseas rum is bottled by Ole Christan Balle, formerly «Rum-Handelshaus Balle», founded in 1717.

The Mild Balle Rum is perfect for numerous delicious cocktail creations, but also tastes excellent in combination with hot drinks such as coffee, tea and cocoa.

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

100g dark chocolate, ½ l milk, 4 cl Balle rum/glass, 1/8 l cream, cocoa powder for decoration.

Preparation:

whip the cream until stiff, heat the milk (do not boil), grate the chocolate and dissolve it in the milk.
Pour the rum into heat-resistant glasses and add the chocolate.
Serve with cream topping and persimmon powder.
