"360" is an expression for a round wine that can be enjoyed in 360 degrees - beautiful, enveloping, fresh, with perfect balance and harmony.
The 360 Ruber Capite is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A special feature is that 15% of the Merlot is aged for at least 5 years in oak barriques.
In this way, the tertiary organoleptic characteristics of the Merlot are enhanced, offering great elegant spicy and toasted notes, with a typical Boisé flavour.

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red in the glass. Typical fresh Cabernet Sauvignon aromas paired with blackberry, raspberry and cherry jam on the nose. On the palate notes of toasted hazelnuts, coffee and perfectly balanced acidity.
Long lasting on the finish.
