Auchroisk 10 Years Old FLORA & FAUNA Speyside Single Malt 43% Vol. 0,7l

Auchroisk Distillery is situated on Speyside and is owned by Diageo. It was built in 1972 to provide malt for the important J&B Blend. It was first bottled as a single malt in 1986 as "The Singleton of Auchroisk ".  They favour a fast process in the mashing and fermentation as well as the distillation stage of production which gives a heavier spirit. Following maturation however, the whisky becomes sweet and softer, and a little zesty.

This bottling is in Diageo's Flora and Fauna series.
