This artisanal mezcal is crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Cutberto Santiago, a 3rd generation mezcal producer.
He relies on traditional methods ― his horse Aldo crushes the cooked agave.
It's made with 100% espadin agaves in Tlacolula, Oaxaca.
The mezcal features a perfect balance with hints of smoke, agave, a herbal backbone, and sweet caramel.
The finish is dry with lingering notes.
