Using a medley of botanicals that convey the sensations and fragrance of Portofino, our dry gin represents a journey along its coast and seeks to take our customers there.

Portofino Dry Gin’s initial notes are from fresh lemon and crisp juniper that transport us to the hills of Portofino.
They give way to a universe of Mediterranean flavors: from the wild rosemary and lavender perfumes of the coastal scrub to the sweet and delicate notes of marjoram and sage that evoke the taste of traditional Ligurian cuisine.

OUR BOTANICAL SANCTUARY

Nestled on the Ligurian coast of Levante “the coast of the rising sun” the picturesque fishermen’s village of Portofino is clustered around a small harbor, where colorfully painted buildings line the turquoise shore.

The region’s unique microclimate allows a lush Mediterranean vegetation to grow all year round.

Portofino Dry Gin features 21 botanicals, each one carefully selected for its natural aromatic properties.

Juniper, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris and rose are organically grown in our botanical sanctuary on the hills of Portofino and combined with locally handpicked ingredients to complete our gin’s secret recipe.

DISTILLATION

Produced by an antique Italian distillery located 2 hours from Portofino Dry Gin’s estate, each batch of our gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative methods: from an old Italian copper pot still used to distill local liqueur and grappa to a state-of-the-art technology that produces vacuum distillation, preserving the aromas from our most delicate botanicals.

Distilled and bottled in Italy with natural ingredients, we do NOT add sugar, artificial flavors or preservatives. Alc./Vol. 43% - 86 Proof.

Portofino Dry Gin not only has a great story and a beautiful bottle – it’s delicious too. To prove it, we submitted our gin to renown competitions from around the world and were selected through rigorous blind tasting processes conducted by panels of distinguished gin experts, distillers, retailers and mixologists. Each of them assessed the quality of our gin based purely on the spirit itself, with no influence from branding or marketing.
