ROSE FLAVOR

The nose reveals fresh and subtle notes of roses and peonies while the mouth explodes with notes of delicate red fruits (raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries), with hints of acidity, elegant maturity and subtle bitterness at the end. A very aromatic and complex rosé champagne with fine bubbles and a low dosage which makes this wine to an brut champagne.

As a main course, it makes a remarkable accompaniment to a grilled leg of duck, as well as beef or duck carpaccio. It also goes well as a starter with thin slices of fine Italian prosciutto such as Parma, as tomato bruschetta, or with salmon, which is prepared as Japanese "tataki". The rosé is just as suitable as a dessert as, for example, with raspberry cake or other creamy desserts with red berries. Due to its strong fruitiness, we recommend a serving temperature between 8 - 10 Cº. It is also possible to serve the rosé with ice cubes.

ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE ID

The rosé is made from a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay grapes from Montage de Reims, Verzy. There are also 10% reserve wine from good vintages and 7% red wine.

After the merging of all the wines and the two-year aging process at a constant cellar temperature, the rosé develops its aromatic red berry notes for a complex and full taste.
